These Terms govern your use of Parla, an AI speech coaching app. By using Parla, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Use of Parla

Parla helps you practice speaking, receive AI-generated feedback, rewrite transcripts, and generate playback audio. Coaching feedback is informational and educational. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, or employment advice.

2. Voice and Audio

You may record your own voice for practice. If you use voice cloning, you confirm that the voice sample is your own voice and that you will not use Parla to impersonate or mislead others. Your consent and a timestamp are stored on your device as an audit record.

3. Subscriptions

Parla Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to your App Store account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload audio you do not have permission to use.
• Do not use generated audio to impersonate another person or commit fraud.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse Parla's services.

5. Availability

Some features require network access and third-party AI services. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as needed to maintain the service.

6. Disclaimers

Parla is provided "as is." We make no guarantee about specific outcomes (interview success, audience growth, accent reduction, etc.). Use Parla as a practice tool, not as a substitute for professional advice.
